Use these to learn about the OC Rideshare Program, apply for incentives or services and to enroll in on-going programs.

• OC Rideshare Program Guidelines - This document summarizes the program, incentives and eligibility requirements.

 

• Carpool/Vanpool RideGuide – use the “Sign Up” form below to provide your commute information and we’ll register you with our ridematch.info website to and provide a RideGuide with carpool and vanpool matching.

 

• Sign-Up Form – use this form to apply for the following OC Rideshare incentives:
  • Carpool/Vanpool RideGuide – find others to share your commute and start a carpool or vanpool
  • Try the Train/Bus – three month reimbursement program for new bus/train riders
  • Start A New Vanpool Group – reimbursement program for new vanpool groups
  • Get Charged Up – reimbursement program for new EV and PHEV drivers
  • Club Rideshare – bonus program for employees that start carpooling, walking, biking, etc., to work

 

• Voluntary Payroll Deduction Authorization Form - Use this form to purchase bus, train or vanpool fares with pre-tax dollars through the payroll deduction process. The Commuter Choice Program Guidelines are included.

 

• Guaranteed Ride Home Reimbursement Claim Form - Use this form to request reimbursement for the cost of an emergency ride home taken on a day that you carpool, vanpool, walk, bike, or ride the bus or train to commute to work.

 

• Club Rideshare Renewal Form - Employees that are existing members of Club Rideshare can renew their membership annually and be rewarded with $15 “Commute Cash” bonus on their payroll (once per year). Use this form to continue your membership!
